Clinical Supervision
I love providing supervision! I individualize supervision to what each person’s needs are, solicit input and feedback, and together we figure out how to best use your supervision time to your benefit. I have spent over 10 years supervising clinicians at all levels, including social work students/interns, recent graduates/newer therapists, and licensed therapists seeking continued clinical supervision and consultation. I have supervised clinicians and worked as a therapist in outpatient, substance abuse, juvenile justice, school, and private practice settings. Additionally, I have supervised clinicians working on intensive in-home, first-episode psychosis, and partial hospitalization teams in community mental health.
I provide clinical supervision to therapists pursuing LCSW and LPC licensure. If you are on the LMFT path, let’s talk more; there is additional paperwork for me to submit for approval to supervise you.
I also provide training, consultation, and reflective supervision to clinical supervisors (“supervision of supervision”). I believe that ongoing learning and self-reflection are essential at every level in the mental health field.

Annie is the best of the best! She provides such a safe and non-judgmental space for you to be authentic. I have learned so much about myself as a human and clinician from working with Annie. She does such a beautiful job of bringing my awareness of myself into the work that I do with clients.
Annie is an amazing supervisor who validates and supports you every step of the way. She provides great feedback and will problem solve with you when needed.
Annie is an excellent supervisor who supports me through personal and professional challenges as I work towards my LCSW. I have met with her for 1.5 years and she has been consistent, supportive and well-rounded. She has a wide range of experience.
Supervision with Annie has been very helpful! She is supportive and allows the time and space for whatever I need that day. I feel like she really listens and provides good feedback or suggestions in a positive way. She is also very responsive.
I appreciate how realistic Annie is and how she helps you navigate the gray areas of this type of work.
Annie provides a great social work perspective, client and whole person approach, up-to-date interventions, and great feedback and suggestions for how to approach situations in new perspectives.
Annie is supportive and nondirective. She always lets me come to supervision with professional and personal challenges I'm facing.
I like how Annie lets me talk about whatever is helpful that week and is always supportive with how I am feeling. She always offers creative suggestions as well.
There is no pressure when it comes to supervision with Annie. I am able to show up as myself and she will consistently meet me where I am at. I am able to talk about whatever and she will always provide a safe space and valuable feedback.
I enjoy the practicality of her advice as it helps me understand how many of the issues with children and families can be sourced back to attachment needs and nervous system regulation. Annie has provided me with much psychoeducation around this topic.
